Product introduction: YT-SE-1K is mainly realizing the automatic extraction of water sample ,such as oil in the water, Volatile Penol, surface negative ion, etc.
The instrument can complete the automation of water samples extraction, just need operators prepare the sample and measure extraction agent, lead into the automatic extractor, sets the extraction time. Extraction apparatus can automatically complete the extraction of one water sample of 1000 ml and below 1000 ml. Automatic extractor

YT-SE-3k type mainly realizes the extraction of high and low concentration of oily water. The instrument can complete the automation of water sample extraction, only need the operator measure the sample, lead into
automatic extractor, set and choose extraction time. The extractor could automatically measure the carbon tetrachloride in quantitative, automatically extract in extraction bottle. One-time could extract three water samples of 50-1000 ml. Areas of application: Used in surface water, groundwater, sewage and industrial wastewater in oil determination, automatic quantitative and extraction of water samples in carbon tetrachloride and etc. Main instrument characteristics: 1. semi-automatic extraction process, carbon tetrachloride automatically keeps in constant volume and automatically come into extraction bottle, automatically extract;
2. Can extract one to three water samples at the same time.

Full automatically infrared oil in water analyzer

Technical principle: 
According to HJ637-2012 standard, with the method of magnetic stirring extraction ,using carbon tetrachloride to extract oil substances in the water, then use oil water separation membranes to replace anhydrous sodium sulfate isolating impurities and moisture, isolate oil and carbon tetrachloride solution, determine the oil content of total extract.

Work structure principle:
YT-EP3000 fully automatically infrared oil analyzer is composed of host computer, operating software, infrared spectroscopic system and magnetic stirring extraction system, using extraction solvent (CCl4 or C2Cl4) in a certain proportion, extract oils in the water with the method of drum type stereo stir extraction technology, then after removing water and impurity lead the extracted solution to cuvette by filter unit. Next
infrared spectroscopic system measure and analyze. If installed with specialized magnesium silicate filter device, it could measure the content of petroleum and animal and plant oil. After finishing measurement , automatically discharge waste and clean instrument pipeline. The whole process of automation, without operator contacting with carbon tetrachloride, that is automatic filling, automatic extraction, automatic water and impurity removal, automatic measurement, automatic cleaning, automatic liquid discharge and store data. YT-EP3000R fully automatically infrared oil analyzer needn’t contact with carbon tetrachloride. YT-EP3000R is composed of fully automatically operating software, infrared spectroscopic system, closed extraction system. Using extraction solvent (CCl4) in a certain proportion, extract oils in the water with the method of magnetism side stereo stir technology, then after removing water and impurity lead the extracted solution to cuvette by filter unit.
