It is applicable in the industry such as electrical power, coal, commodity inspection, environmental protection, geological prospecting, metallurgy, papermaking, chemical industry, scientific research, education, etc, and instruction to measure the calorific value of combustible materials such as coal, coke, petroleum, cement black meal.

Using multi-probe real time temperature sensing, it would realize dynamic balance between outer bucket temperature and room temperature. In regard to traditional constant temperature calorimeter, National standard requires that outer bucket temperature should be close to room temperature, and the difference can’t exceed 1.5?. Otherwise test result is invalid, it thus highly affirms that room temperature changes have great influence on the experimental results. In theory , during the test process if the room temperature is higher than outer bucket temperature, outer bucket absorbs heat. If room temperature is lower than the temperature of the outer bucket, outer bucket releases heat. Outer bucket absorbs heat and releases heat , which would make the effect on test result .During the experiment, if room temperature always keep the same as outer bucket temperature, then the experimental results are the best. During test process, the instrument detect and adjust in real time outer bucket, inner bucket ,controlling water tank and room temperature , which is in order to keep room temperature always with outer bucket temperature.

2.With the special multi-sensors technology, the temperature of inner bucket, outer bucket, ambient, controlling water tank, can be timely monitored. It adopts constant temperature
water circulation system, which will realize two work modes, temperature following and fixed temperature. When it is temperature following mode, water temperature changes with room temperature, which perfectly solves in fixed temperature mode the heat exchange problem of the outer bucket and indoor air during experiment process, eliminating the uppermost factors which would affect the testing results of calorimeter.
